Clinical Research Associate I, II, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and offer necessary support.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.

• Provide training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Foster and maintain relationships with site staff and key stakeholders.

• Lead monitoring activities for clinical trials with an emphasis on quality and ongoing improvement.

• Supervise and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulations, and industry standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or a healthcare-related discipline.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory frameworks.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to influence and promote compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal eligibility to work in Brazil.
