Clinical Research Associate I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation of global clinical studies within Germany

• Accountability for chosen studies from site selection through execution to completion

• Close cooperation with local CRA colleagues across diverse study teams

• Proactive strategizing to guarantee timely project advancement

• Management and oversight of selected investigative sites

• Supervision of collaborations with partners and authorities, as well as comprehensive site management

• Assurance of adherence to all internal and external standards

• Guaranteeing that investigational sites are prepared for inspections

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a health-related discipline (e.g., Medicine, Life Sciences, Pharmacy)

• A minimum of one year of clinically relevant professional experience in a medical environment, the pharmaceutical sector, or a diagnostics firm is preferred

• Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and pertinent local regulations is a plus

• Strong organizational skills, excellent planning capabilities, and analytical thinking

• Self-driven, independent, and methodical approach to work

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities, enthusiasm, self-awareness, adaptability, and persuasiveness

• Proficiency in both German and English at a business level
