Clinical Research Associate I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation of global clinical studies in Germany.

• Management of studies from site selection through execution to conclusion.

• Close cooperation with local CRA colleagues across various study teams.

• Proactive planning to ensure projects progress on schedule.

• Oversight and monitoring of selected investigational sites.

• Collaboration with partners and authorities as well as overall site management.

• Assurance of compliance with all internal and external regulations.

• Guarantee that investigational sites are always inspection-ready.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in a health-related discipline (e.g., Medicine, Natural Sciences, Pharmacy).

• A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience in a medical environment, pharmaceutical industry, or diagnostics company is preferred.

• Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and relevant local regulations is preferred.

• Strong planning capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and analytical mindset.

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, self-reflective capability, adaptability, and persuasiveness.

• Proficiency in German and English at a business level.
