Clinical Research Associate – DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate new potential investigators and study sites

• Suggest sites during the feasibility assessment and selection stages

• Execute pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits

• Oversee site performance, data integrity, and adherence to protocols

• Serve as a primary contact for site staff, offering training and assistance

• Leverage data insights to evaluate risks and inform decision-making

• Assist with regulatory audits, ethics committee submissions, and system access coordination

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related allied health field; equivalent relevant experience may be accepted in place of formal education

• Basic to proficient understanding of ICH/GCP Guidelines and relevant local laws and regulations governing clinical trials

• Thorough comprehension of clinical research processes, regulations, and methodologies

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Capability to establish and nurture relationships

• 1 to 3 years of monitoring experience is required in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting
