Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Execute and report all varieties of onsite monitoring visits

• Participate in the initiation of studies

• Conduct CRF reviews, verify source documents, and resolve queries

• Manage communication and oversight at the site level

• Serve as a liaison for in-house support services and vendors

• Update internal project teams on study advancements

• Engage in feasibility studies

• Assist the regulatory team in document preparation for study submissions

• Contribute to and participate in audits and inspections

• Work on clinical trials across various therapeutic areas while upholding high quality standards

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a college or university in Life Sciences or an equivalent mix of education, training, and experience

• The candidate must fulfill the qualifications for a CRA/monitoring role in Bosnia and Herzegovina

• Minimum of 1 year of independent onsite monitoring experience

• Familiarity with all forms of monitoring visits

• Proficient in both English and Serbian

• Competent in MS Office applications

• Capable of planning, multitasking, and thriving in a dynamic team environment

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel within the region

• A valid driver’s license
