Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Execute and document various onsite monitoring visits

• Engage in the initiation of studies

• Conduct CRF assessments, verify source documents, and resolve queries

• Oversee site communication and management

• Act as a liaison for in-house support services and vendors

• Update internal project teams on study advancements

• Contribute to feasibility studies

• Assist the regulatory team in preparing submission documents for studies

• Support and take part in audits and inspections

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a comparable mix of education, training, and experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in independent onsite monitoring

• Familiarity with various types of monitoring visits

• Proficient in English and Serbian

• Skilled in MS Office applications

• Capable of planning, multitasking, and thriving in a dynamic team environment

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to travel throughout the region

• Valid driver’s license required
