Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Conduct and provide reports for various onsite monitoring visits.

• Engage in the study startup process.

• Execute CRF reviews, source document verifications, and resolve queries.

• Oversee site communication and management activities.

• Act as a liaison for in-house support services and vendors.

• Coordinate with internal project teams regarding the progress of the study.

• Take part in feasibility research initiatives.

• Assist the regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions.

• Support and contribute to audits and inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a College/University in Life Sciences or a comparable blend of education, training, and experience.

• Fulfill the criteria for a CRA/monitoring position within Bosnia and Herzegovina.

• A minimum of 1 year of independent on-site monitoring experience.

• Familiarity with all types of monitoring visits.

• Fluent in both English and Serbian.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Capable of planning, multitasking, and thriving in a dynamic team environment.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel throughout the region.

• A valid driver’s license is required.
