This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Supervise and coordinate clinical trial operations in line with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
• Direct clinical trial monitoring activities that require technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.
• Oversee clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
• Perform site visits to evaluate site performance, address issues, and ensure the successful execution of trials.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
• Offer training and support to site personnel and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with site staff and stakeholders to promote efficient trial operations.
• Handle multiple sites and projects concurrently.
• Travel as necessary, approximately 60% of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or a healthcare-related area.
• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage several sites and projects at once.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.
• Familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, about 60% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in Brazil.
