Clinical Research Associate – All Levels

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial sites through both on-site and remote visits

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with investigators and site personnel

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met

• Manage site-specific study documentation, updates to systems, and visit reports

• Execute corrective actions when necessary to uphold study integrity

• Guarantee that sites are consistently prepared for audits and inspections

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills, collaborative approach, and adaptability

• Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working independently

• Positive and professional demeanor, comfortable supporting both virtual and in-person teams

• Eligibility limited to candidates residing in São Paulo City, Rio de Janeiro City, Curitiba, or Porto Alegre

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese is required

• A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field is mandatory

• At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is required

• Ability to travel is essential

• A valid driver’s license is required
