📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial monitoring activities that demand technical expertise, emphasizing quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Conduct on-site visits to assess performance, resolve challenges, and support effective trial execution.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to guarantee prompt and precise data gathering and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site staff and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to ensure seamless trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a solid grasp of clinical trial methodologies and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple sites and projects concurrently, showcasing strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management, along with familiarity with relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence and ensure compliance in a complex setting.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
