Clinical Registry Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provides support, oversight, and accountability for clinical registries across one or more development programs related to clinical trials.

• Takes a leading role within the clinical development team and collaborates with internal and external partners to establish, align, and confirm expectations for clinical registries for assigned trial(s).

• Develops and executes the Disclosure Plan in conjunction with the CDTL and patent attorney.

• Collaborates with the CDT and other functional partners to: – Gather content and integration requirements for registration records – Define expectations for dataset content and structure – Set timelines and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure the achievement of all clinical trial disclosure milestones.

• Responsible for the submission of approved documents and content to global registries.

• Accountable for tracking, reporting, and documenting disclosure records and related documents using tools and systems employed by the clinical registry group.

• Aids business partners, external partners, and local operating companies in maintaining accurate and correct source data pertinent to the disclosure process.

• Ensures timely resolution of planning issues to facilitate compliant delivery of disclosure planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or scientific field within a clinical development environment (including pharmaceutical, medical device, CRO, or other clinical development service organizations) is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a Health or Science discipline, along with experience in clinical research (typical roles include clinical trial manager or regulatory submissions lead).

• Clinical registry experience is preferred.

• Experience with clinical trial or regulatory document management is preferred.

• Proven experience working in diverse teams within clinical research, including cross-functional, global, and multi-regional settings.

• Strong project management skills.

• Proficient vendor management skills.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including the ability to manipulate and analyze data.
