Clinical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for Cadence's Clinical Navigator position, from requisition to offer, ensuring adherence to defined time-to-fill and quality-of-hire objectives.

• Oversee Greenhouse, the primary recruitment system, ensuring precise pipeline data, well-structured interview kits, and comprehensive reporting for hiring managers.

• Source and engage potential Clinical Navigator candidates through proactive outreach, referrals, and AI-driven sourcing tools.

• Collaborate with clinical operations leaders to clarify role responsibilities, align evaluation criteria, and promote consistent and justifiable hiring decisions.

• Evaluate candidates based on their judgment, communication abilities, and skills in patient relationships necessary for supporting patients between appointments.

• Examine recruiting funnel metrics in Greenhouse to pinpoint bottlenecks and enhance both time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.

• Develop a pipeline of qualified Clinical Navigator candidates in anticipation of future hiring needs as Cadence grows its patient base.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, particularly in healthcare, care coordination, or patient-facing roles.

• Practical experience in managing requisitions, pipelines, and reporting within Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system.

• Familiarity with care navigation, care coordination, or patient support roles, along with the skills required for success in these areas.

• Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing platforms.

• Experience working closely with hiring managers to construct and calibrate structured interview processes.

• Ability to thrive in a remote, dynamic environment with evolving priorities across multiple simultaneous searches; experience in fast-paced, high-volume recruiting settings is advantageous.

• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficiency with AI productivity tools (such as Gemini, Notion AI, or similar platforms) and the capability to integrate them into structured workflows, reporting, and process documentation.
