This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors through telehealth (15 hours or more each week)
• Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools
• Create and execute customized treatment plans, consistently tracking client progress and modifying strategies as necessary
• Ensure comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with company policies (supported by our AI-powered scribe)
• Assist clients navigating life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) with a compassionate and age-appropriate methodology
• Engage in regular team meetings to promote best practices
• Aid clients through therapeutic life transitions, including retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, utilizing a compassionate and age-appropriate approach.
• Capability to assist the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours per week)
• Degree in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
• Experience with older adults is highly preferred
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy through telehealth
