Clinical Psychologist – Seniors, Licensed in Florida

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to senior clients via telehealth (15 hours or more each week)

• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools

• Create and execute customized treatment plans, consistently tracking client progress and modifying strategies as necessary

• Keep detailed and timely documentation in accordance with company policies (aided by our AI-supported scribe)

• Assist clients during life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) with a compassionate and age-sensitive approach

• Engage in regular team meetings to uphold best practices

• Help clients navigate therapeutic life changes, such as retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, with empathy and age-appropriate methods

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours per week)

• Educational background in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology

• Experience with older adults is highly preferred

• Competent in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
