This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to senior individuals for at least 15 hours weekly.

• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools.

• Create and execute customized treatment plans, consistently tracking client progress and modifying strategies as required.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with company policies, assisted by our AI-driven scribe.

• Guide clients through significant life transitions, such as retirement, grief, and social isolation, with empathy and an age-sensitive approach.

• Engage in regular team meetings to uphold best practices.

• Assist clients during therapy-related life changes, including retirement, loss of autonomy, or mourning, employing a compassionate and age-appropriate methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours per week).

• Possession of PSYPACT authorization (APIT) for practice across participating states.

• Degree in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.

• Strong preference for experience working with older adults.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and providing therapy through telehealth platforms.
