This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to senior clients via telehealth (15 hours or more weekly)
• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools
• Create and execute tailored treatment plans while consistently tracking client progress and making necessary adjustments
• Ensure comprehensive and prompt documentation in adherence to company policies (aided by our AI-powered scribe)
• Assist clients during significant life transitions (retirement, grief, isolation) with a compassionate and age-sensitive approach
• Engage in regular team meetings to uphold best practices
• Provide support to clients navigating therapeutic life transitions, including retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, with empathy and respect for their age.
• Capability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours weekly)
• A degree in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
• Experience with older adults is highly preferred
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth
