Clinical Psychologist, Licensed in Tennessee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth (15 hours or more weekly)

• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans, consistently monitoring client progress and modifying strategies as necessary

• Ensure accurate and prompt documentation in line with company policies (supported by our AI-enhanced scribe)

• Assist clients during significant life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) with a compassionate and age-sensitive approach

• Engage in regular team meetings to promote best practices

• Aid clients during therapy-related life transitions, such as retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, using a compassionate and age-sensitive approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to assist the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours weekly)

• Degree in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology

• Experience with older adults is highly preferred

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy through telehealth
