This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to elderly clients through telehealth (15 hours or more weekly)
• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans, consistently monitoring client progress and modifying strategies as necessary
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with company policies (supported by our AI-enhanced scribe)
• Assist clients in navigating life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) with a caring and age-sensitive approach
• Engage in regular team meetings to uphold best practices
• Aid clients during therapeutic life transitions, such as retirement, loss of independence, or grief, employing a compassionate and age-appropriate methodology.
• Capacity to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours weekly)
• Degree in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
• Preference for candidates with experience working with older adults
• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and providing therapy through telehealth platforms
