This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to seniors through telehealth services (15 hours or more each week).
• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans, consistently tracking client progress and modifying strategies as necessary.
• Keep comprehensive and timely documentation in line with company policies, supported by our AI-assisted scribe.
• Assist clients during life transitions (such as retirement, grief, and feelings of isolation) with a compassionate and age-appropriate methodology.
• Engage in regular team meetings to promote best practices.
• Provide support to clients navigating therapy-related life transitions, including retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, with empathy and age-appropriate techniques.
• Capability to assist the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours per week).
• Educational qualification in Clinical Psychology: either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
• Experience with older adult populations is highly preferred.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy through telehealth platforms.
