Clinical Psychologist, Licensed in Arkansas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to senior clients via telehealth for 15 hours or more each week.

• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric assessment tools.

• Create and execute customized treatment plans, consistently monitoring client progress and modifying strategies as necessary.

• Keep detailed and timely documentation in alignment with company policies, with assistance from our AI-powered scribe.

• Assist clients through significant life transitions (such as retirement, bereavement, and feelings of isolation) with a compassionate and age-sensitive approach.

• Engage in regular team meetings to promote best practices.

• Aid clients during therapy-related life transitions, including retirement, loss of independence, or grief, using a kind and age-appropriate method.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours per week).

• Degree in Clinical Psychology, either a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) or a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology.

• Experience with older adult populations is highly preferred.

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy via telehealth.
