Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Deliver 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health assistance to clients of Intellect.

• Handle a variety of clinical cases, encompassing depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, addiction, and more.

• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to enhance the platform and client programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualifications:

• - Counsellor: A minimum of a Master's Degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology, with at least 300 hours of counseling experience after qualification and practicum/placement/internship.

• - Clinical Psychologist: A minimum of a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, with at least 300 hours of Clinical/Therapy experience after qualification and practicum/placement/internship.

• - Expertise: Proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based methodologies (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).

• - License: Must possess valid and active licenses pertinent to the country of practice.

• - Experience: A minimum of 300 clinical hours following the completion of a master’s degree.

• - Languages: Fluent in English and your local language.

• - Preferred Background: Previous experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching in managerial positions.

• - Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally work onsite, if required, is a plus.
