This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methods, primarily focusing on CBT.
• Design specialized clinical care pathways that align with the evidence base and best practices.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients, available both in-person and online.
• Engage in team meetings and support ongoing service development and enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to formulate and implement client-centered treatment strategies.
• Work closely with our 24/7 helpline response team to manage risks, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations, and deliver crisis interventions.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for risk management and clinical protocols, and train providers on these procedures.
• Maintain precise and current client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
• Continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills by participating in continuing education and professional development activities.
• Availability to provide after-office hour care (Monday to Friday from 6 pm to 9 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm). Occasional night and weekend shifts may be necessary depending on client needs.
• A Master’s (or Doctorate) degree in Psychology is mandatory (following the standard 3+2 model).
• A minimum of 2 years of supervised practice is essential (gaining experience as a “practicant” prior to independent practice).
• Registration with the Romanian College of Psychologists is required after passing a professional evaluation exam.
• At least 1-3 years of post-graduate clinical or counseling experience, ideally in a mental health environment.
• Proficiency in individual and group facilitation.
• Skilled in planning and delivering online seminars using various web platforms and adept at creating engaging content.
• Proficient in effectively managing and navigating crises.
• Experience in administering psychological assessments (for clinical psychologists).
• Strong knowledge and experience in providing evidence-based treatments, with CBT as the primary treatment modality.
• Must be capable of conducting both virtual and in-person sessions at Intellect's office or at our partnered client's location.
• Preferred: Experience in providing clinical supervision to other mental health professionals.
