📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities****Clinical Care and Psychological Assessments**

• Deliver evidence-based psychological therapy, both in-person and virtually, adhering to AHPRA requirements and Intellect's clinical governance standards.

• Maintain an active clinical caseload, emphasizing high-quality, outcomes-oriented care.

• Carry out psychological and workplace-related assessments, including return-to-work evaluations and other psychosocial or functional assessments.

• Provide case management and care coordination as necessary, including risk monitoring and escalation.

• **Workplace Mental Health and Psychosocial Risk**

• Contribute to psychosocial risk assessments and workplace mental health initiatives across client organizations.

• Assist in developing clinically sound recommendations and reports.

• Translate clinical insights into actionable guidance for internal teams and client stakeholders.

• **Stakeholder Partnership and Clinical Account Support**

• Collaborate with client representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure clinical quality, service standards, and reporting integrity.

• Serve as a trusted clinical voice in program discussions, ensuring that delivery remains evidence-based, safe, and appropriate for the context.

• **Crisis and Critical Incident Support**

• Provide on-site crisis response deployments when necessary, including psychological first aid, group briefings, and individual stabilization sessions.

• Ensure clear follow-up pathways, continuity of care, and appropriate escalation after critical incidents.

• **Research and Evidence Generation**

• Contribute to Intellect's research and evaluation efforts in Australia, including partnerships with universities and applied workplace mental health studies.

• Support clinically grounded data collection, analysis, and program improvement initiatives.

• Assist in strengthening Intellect's evidence base and thought leadership in workplace mental health and psychosocial safety.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Requirements**

• CISP - Required, (AHPRA - preferred but not mandatory) registered Clinical Psychologist.

• Master's or Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology.

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in psychological therapy and assessment.

• Experience in case management and workplace-related assessments, including return-to-work and workplace reports, is highly valued.

• Experience in psychosocial risk assessment or workplace mental health programs is highly regarded.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

• Comfortable working across individual care, organizational contexts, and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience supporting complex, high-risk, or safety-critical populations is advantageous.
