Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote psychological services to employees within the Oil & Gas industry, emphasizing preventive strategies, emotional support, and the evaluation of fitness for essential operational tasks;

• Conduct consultations related to the pre-boarding (pre-embarkation) process, identifying possible emotional vulnerabilities, psychosocial risks, and follow-up requirements;

• Offer psychological support and emergency assistance during crisis situations, providing immediate help and making suitable referrals as needed;

• Accurately document all pertinent information from consultations in electronic medical records, adhering to professional ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines;

• Create technical reports for management during critical or emergency scenarios, maintaining ethical boundaries and professional confidentiality;

• Engage in weekly case review and follow-up meetings with technical coordination;

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, aiding in the preventive management of mental health and psychosocial risks in operations;

• Adhere to clinical and operational protocols set by the organization, ensuring quality, traceability, and standardization of care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology;

• Active registration with the CRP (Regional Psychology Council);

• Postgraduate degree completed or currently pursuing in Clinical Psychology, Hospital Psychology, or related fields;

• Previous experience in individual clinical care;

• Proficient in English;

• Preferred experience in occupational health, employee assistance programs (EAP), or crisis management;
