Clinical Provider, Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Deliver 1-on-1 telehealth or onsite mental health support for clients of Intellect.

• Address clinical cases including depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.

• Work collaboratively with the internal clinical team by providing suggestions for enhancements to the program and platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Master's or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.

• Proficient in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based methods (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• Experienced in managing a diverse range of clinical cases (such as MDD, Trauma, OCD, Phobias, etc.).

• Must have a minimum of 300 clinical hours.

• Must be fluent in English (ability to speak additional languages is advantageous).

• Previous experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching in managerial positions is a plus.
