Clinical Provider, Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver evidence-based psychological therapy, both in-person and remotely, in accordance with AHPRA guidelines and Intellect's clinical governance standards.

• Manage a hands-on clinical caseload with an emphasis on high-quality, outcome-focused care.

• Perform psychological and workplace-related assessments, including return-to-work evaluations and other psychosocial or functional assessments.

• Provide case management and care coordination as necessary, including risk monitoring and escalation procedures.

• Participate in psychosocial risk assessments and workplace mental health initiatives across client organizations.

• Aid in the development of clinically sound recommendations and reports.

• Convert clinical insights into actionable guidance for internal teams and client stakeholders.

• Assist with on-site crisis response deployments when necessary, including psychological first aid, group briefings, and individual stabilization sessions.

• Ensure clear follow-up pathways, continuity of care, and proper escalation following critical incidents.

• Contribute to Intellect’s research and evaluation initiatives in Australia, including collaborations with universities and applied workplace mental health studies.

• Facilitate clinically grounded data collection, analysis, and program enhancement initiatives.

• Help enhance Intellect’s evidence base and leadership in workplace mental health and psychosocial safety.


⛳️ Requirements

• CISP certification is required; AHPRA registration is preferred but not mandatory for Clinical Psychologists.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in psychological therapy and assessment.

• Experience in case management and workplace-related assessments, including return-to-work and workplace reports, is highly valued.

• Familiarity with psychosocial risk assessment or workplace mental health programs is highly regarded.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work effectively across individual care, organizational contexts, and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in supporting complex, high-risk, or safety-critical populations is advantageous.
