Clinical Project Manager – Talent Pipeline Opportunity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of clinical studies.

• Manage relationships with sponsors and act as the primary operational liaison.

• Oversee timelines, deliverables, budgets, and the financial health of projects.

• Enhance study performance and ensure that milestones are achieved.

• Coordinate activities among cross-functional teams in Clinical Operations, Data Management, Medical, Regulatory, and Biostatistics.

• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.

• Ensure adherence to FDA regulations, ICH-GCP guidelines, and company protocols.

• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

• Support business development efforts and assist with proposal activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 7 years of experience in clinical research.

• A minimum of 2 years of Clinical Project Management experience within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical setting.

• Proven experience managing multi-site or global clinical trials.

• Strong capabilities in financial management, operations, and leadership.

• Excellent understanding of GCP and FDA regulations.

• Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.
