Assistant Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist Clinical Project Managers in the planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closure phases of medical imaging studies.

• Create, maintain, and organize documentation, reports, presentations, and materials related to the project.

• Review and refine project presentations, status reports, and communications directed towards clients.

• Engage in project meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and cross-departmental discussions.

• Analyze and interpret study protocols and project requirements to support operational readiness and compliance.

• Act as a liaison between project teams and various departments to ensure timely completion of study deliverables.

• Track project activities and communicate study needs, risks, issues, and progress updates to project leadership.

• Assist with project finance activities, including documentation for scope changes, follow-up on invoice reconciliation, and forecasting reports.

• Oversee internal workflows and data flow processes to ensure that project tasks are completed within established timelines.

• Address inquiries from clients and stakeholders.

• Update clients, sponsors, sites, and internal stakeholders regarding project status.

• Confirm protocol-specific imaging requirements and identify as well as escalate any discrepancies or questions.

• Aid in issue tracking, resolving client concerns, and follow-up activities.

• Organize the distribution, management, and tracking of materials for sites and logistics related to the study.

• Step in as the acting Project Manager in the absence of the designated Clinical Project Manager when necessary.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement and suggest methods to enhance operational efficiency and study delivery.

• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, company procedures, and specific study requirements.


⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate degree is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical development, clinical trials, clinical research, healthcare, medical imaging, or a related industry.

• Familiarity with clinical research processes, drug development, and operations of clinical trials is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate in English.

• Detail-oriented with robust documentation, follow-up, and quality review skills.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating within cross-functional and global teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to manage competing priorities and evolving business requirements.

• Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven approach to project support and delivery.

• Experience in supporting medical imaging, healthcare, or clinical technology programs is preferred.

• Ability to maintain professionalism, adaptability, and a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
