This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute all specialized clinical pharmacist responsibilities.
• Assist leadership in mentoring, training, and developing clinical personnel.
• Identify and spearhead data-science initiatives aimed at enhancing pharmacy workflows, patient engagement, and therapeutic outcomes.
• Carry out designated pharmacy operations and clinical responsibilities.
• Prepare and aid in the upkeep of pharmacy accreditations.
• Address clinical inquiries and requests from clients and leadership.
• Utilize analytics and reporting to bolster clinical operations.
• Complete projects related to clinical operations and compliance.
• Coordinate communications with departments beyond pharmacy.
• Oversee and allocate tasks within clinical operations queues to uphold quality, productivity, and service standards.
• Identify anomalies and assist with resolutions.
• Aid in the development and presentation of clinical programs to leadership and clients.
• BS in Pharmacy is required; PharmD is preferred.
• Current and clear license to practice pharmacy.
• Ability to obtain licensure in multiple states as necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty pharmacy is required.
• Certification as a specialty pharmacist (CSP) is highly preferred.
• Skills and knowledge to perform operational and clinical tasks assigned to pharmacists.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Capability to interpret complex accreditation criteria, including URAC and ACHC.
• Familiarity with all pharmacy software applications.
• Knowledge of email, fax transmission, and copying equipment.
• Ability to assist in the preparation and presentation of clinical programs.
• Capacity to handle client requests in a professional manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while being detail-oriented.
• Effective communication skills with employees, patients, leadership, clients, and departments outside of pharmacy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership with minimal supervision.
• Dependability and maintenance of confidentiality are essential.
