This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• You will take the lead on clinical projects independently, adhering to the established budget and scope of work.
• Leverage your strong interpersonal and organizational skills to set and meet objectives for project execution, including both contractual and financial goals.
• You may also be tasked with managing international trials.
• Act as the primary liaison with the client, ensuring exceptional customer service, which includes involvement in proposal activities and client presentations.
• Collaborate with the Project Team and senior management from both Precision and sponsors, including C-level executives.
• Oversee and lead all components of a clinical research trial or multiple trials.
• Manage total project responsibilities across all functional areas such as data management, safety, clinical operations, medical monitoring, biostatistics, and more.
• Prepare project status reports for clients and management, highlighting key deliverables, performance metrics for success, and escalation points.
• Participate actively as a member of the Project Team, contributing to the effective management and execution of trials.
• Draft and review protocols and other study documentation, including project plans, informed consents, site contracts, and budgets.
• A degree or a similar qualification in life sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Essential previous experience in a full service/global Project Management role within the CRO industry.
• Extensive experience in a Clinical Operations role within a CRO, with at least 4 years of full service Project Management experience in a clinical trial environment for a Clinical Research Organisation.
• Experience in managing studies related to Oncology.
• A working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and the clinical development process.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays.
• Proficient communication skills in the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation capabilities.
• Proven proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and familiarity with software (CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS).
• Demonstrated ability to foster positive working relationships with individuals and teams both internally and externally.
• A solid understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities as they pertain to executing a clinical development plan.
