Clinical Project Leader – Biotech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee project delivery and management for Biotech clients on a global scale.

• Create and sustain formal project plans that include milestones, budgets, and resource allocations.

• Recognize potential project risks and develop contingency strategies.

• Set quality benchmarks and foster a commitment to project outcomes.

• Manage the client relationship to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

• Oversee project profit and loss, revenue recognition, and budgeting processes.

• Empower all stakeholders to achieve successful completion of studies.

• Represent the Project Leadership function during client meetings and presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in the Therapeutic Area of Oncology, along with one or more of the following: Dermatology, Women's Health, Neurology, Rare Disease, or Radiopharmaceuticals.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Science or Medical-related field is preferred, or demonstrable substantial experience in clinical project management.

• An advanced degree is an advantage.

• Capacity to adopt a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• A strong focus on client service.

• Adaptability in tasks and a commitment to learning.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks with an attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management software.

• Significant previous experience with a CRO in managing Phase I and II-III clinical trial projects.
