This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will serve as the main point of contact and trainer for healthcare professionals, delivering product training and confidently guiding on the safe utilization of Kaleido.
• You will assist patients and practice teams during the onboarding process to ensure a seamless user experience.
• You will offer clinical expertise to aid the account management team throughout the sales cycle.
• You will represent Kaleido at trade shows, conferences, and continuing education events in a professional manner.
• You will systematically gather market feedback and contribute improvement suggestions to our product development initiatives.
• You will collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Marketing as part of an interdisciplinary team sharing a common vision.
• Experience in a medical-technical setting, preferably within the domain of diabetes.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to articulate complex topics in an understandable manner.
• A strong willingness to travel and flexibility to provide optimal on-site customer assistance.
• A structured and independent approach to work.
• A collaborative spirit, proactive mindset, and enthusiasm for innovative technologies.
• Proficient English language skills for communication with international colleagues.
• A valid driving license (Class B).
