This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver expert remote clinical applications and technical support for GE Ultrasound products.
• Offer initial responses and remote solutions for customers facing application challenges.
• Conduct virtual demonstrations and provide guidance on clinical applications.
• Assist customers through online learning platforms, remote training sessions, and digital engagement tools.
• Organize and facilitate customer webinars, virtual workshops, and educational events.
• Address customer training requests and ensure prompt resolution of clinical application inquiries.
• Collaborate with service and applications teams to improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding across all ultrasound segments.
• Allocate approximately 20% of work time in the field to gain practical knowledge of the Ultrasound portfolio.
• Participate in customer visits, demonstrations, and educational events.
• Create, review, and manage customer-facing training materials.
• Assist in developing digital learning content and best practice documentation.
• Work in partnership with Remote Applications Leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong team spirit.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Effective organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing work environments.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Experience in teaching and/or mentoring others in ultrasound equipment.
• DMU or PGDip in Ultrasound.
