This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish clinically excellent AI output standards along with measurable criteria for supported product interfaces.

• Create and sustain clinical evaluation suites that include test cases, scoring rubrics, benchmarks, and processes for identifying regressions.

• Base product standards on evidence-based practices and actual care delivery scenarios.

• Engage directly with prompts, models, and product workflows to enhance quality and analyze failure modes.

• Set clinical guidelines for managing high-acuity content within AI-assisted workflows.

• Lead ambiguous clinical-product initiatives from defining problems to developing actionable plans.

• Collaborate with product teams, engineering, design, customers, and clinical leaders to convert workflows and requirements into product specifications.

• Create reusable methodologies for ensuring clinical quality in AI product development.


⛳️ Requirements

• A licensed behavioral health clinician is required.

• Must possess direct-care experience and demonstrate strong clinical judgment.

• Proficiency in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT, and MI.

• Experience in selecting, adapting, and assessing clinical interventions is essential.

• Familiarity with measurement-based care, utilizing outcomes and progress data to inform treatment decisions.

• Experience in evaluating clinical risk, including suicidality and other high-acuity presentations.

• Knowledge of responsible clinical documentation and escalation processes.

• Understanding of clinical workflows, treatment planning, caseload management, and managing time constraints.

• Experience contributing to AI-enabled, digital health, or similarly technical clinical projects.

• Comfort in evaluating and enhancing generative AI systems through iterative prompting, structured assessments, output reviews, and failure-mode analysis.

• Capability to translate clinical nuances into product specifications and quantifiable quality standards.

• Strong communication skills to liaise with clinical leaders and enterprise customers, articulating product decisions with sound clinical reasoning.

• A curious, analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and comfort with ambiguity in early-stage projects.

• Training or practical experience in clinical research, program evaluation, or implementation science is advantageous.
