Clinical Product Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to physicians and staff during TULSA procedures at hospitals and imaging centers within their region, utilizing best practices from expert sites and the latest clinical literature.

• Address unique situations encountered in the field, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of the technology and its application to urology, along with the humility and confidence to work collaboratively and effectively under pressure.

• Assist physicians in the selection of TULSA-PRO patients and in the planning of pre-treatment procedures.

• Conduct thorough post-treatment case evaluations, analyzing treatment workflows and patient outcomes for the sites supported, identifying bottlenecks and areas for enhancement to guide physicians and their teams towards more efficient procedures and optimal patient outcomes across various prostate disease states.

• Collaborate with our engineering teams to provide feedback and participate in field testing of new hardware and software features.

• Work alongside our sales and marketing teams to educate potential new clients, contribute to patient and physician educational events, recommend solutions to facilitate the initiation of new sites, and pinpoint areas where we can assist existing customers in offering TULSA to a greater number of patients.

• Act as the customer's voice in identifying and prioritizing the most significant areas for technological improvement by fostering close relationships with physicians utilizing TULSA-PRO and leveraging personal experience in related fields.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in physics/engineering, experience in interventional procedures, or an advanced credential (RRA) is considered an asset.

• Certification and experience as an MRI technologist.

• Proficiency and expertise in MRI, ideally including hands-on scanning in a clinical setting (such as an MRI technologist).

• Technical experience with medical devices in clinical, research, or industry environments, preferably involving in-bore interventions or therapeutic ultrasound.

• Knowledge of clinical, scientific, and technical advancements in MR-guided therapeutic procedures.

• Exceptional teaching and communication skills for conveying complex technical and medical information in oral, written, and visual formats.

• A collaborative team player with a robust work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, earning credibility by adhering to high standards of honesty and personal integrity.

• Capability to quickly establish rapport, build trust, and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of external and internal stakeholders.

• Possesses the energy and resilience to be a change agent by disseminating information and advancing the standard of care in men's health.
