
Clinical Practice Liaison β Long Term Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
β’ Cultivate and uphold robust clinical/scientific integrity with local, regional, and national advanced practice KOLs, as well as other healthcare professionals when appropriate, to encourage meaningful scientific discussions.
β’ Recognize knowledge gaps across various clinical practice environments and provider categories to deliver suitable scientific education.
β’ Effectively disseminate education across a continuum that encompasses disease state, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment in alignment with Medical Affairs' scientific narrative.
β’ Collaborate with national and state professional organizations to enhance educational support.
β’ Remain updated on the latest literature and research within the therapeutic area to facilitate significant clinical/scientific interactions.
β’ Identify and propose research opportunities and project sites.
β’ Act as a scientific resource and trainer for internal Neurocrine teams.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment with initiatives.
β’ Attend and contribute insights from pertinent medical congresses.
β’ Provide feedback and recommendations for resources to support CPLs in the field (i.e., slides, publications, etc.).
β’ Complete mandatory reports and assignments within established deadlines.
β’ Perform other assigned duties.
β’ Master's degree, NP, CNS, PA or equivalent AND 4+ years of relevant experience OR PhD, DNP, or PharmD degree AND 2+ years of relevant experience.
β’ Possesses knowledge of best practices in the functional discipline and is familiar with the broader underlying concepts of related business disciplines.
β’ Emerging reputation within the company related to area of expertise.
β’ Ability to function as part of a team and lead laterally on projects.
β’ Demonstrates leadership skills and capabilities.
β’ Excellent computer proficiency.
β’ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
β’ Capable of meeting multiple deadlines across various projects/programs with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
β’ Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
β’ Therapeutic Area clinical expertise in Psychiatry or Neurology.
β’ Maintains a professional license (i.e., advanced practice licensure and certification as per individual state requirements).
β’ Ability to represent NBI in a professional manner at all times.
