Clinical Pharmacist

📋 Description

• Develop advanced clinical pharmacy tasks rooted in realistic patient and medication scenarios.

• Create top-tier solutions that encompass pharmacotherapy, dosing, drug interactions, and medication safety.

• Write cases that include patient chart analysis, medication reconciliation, adverse reactions, and therapeutic recommendations.

• Assess AI-generated results for clinical accuracy, safety, completeness, and practical relevance.

• Analyze renal and hepatic dosing modifications, therapeutic drug monitoring, and multi-drug regimens.

• Detect drug-related issues, contraindications, interactions, and unsuitable medication usage.

• Ensure that laboratory values, medication profiles, and clinical scenarios are realistic and medically valid.

• Consistently apply established evaluation rubrics and grading criteria.

• Integrate calibration feedback and enhance task designs as necessary.

• Uphold consistent quality across all assigned deliverables and project milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• Between 3 to 8 years of professional pharmacy experience in retail, hospital, clinical, or similar environments.

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or an equivalent professional pharmacy qualification recognized in the region.

• Active pharmacist license in the jurisdiction where the candidate practices.

• Robust practical understanding of pharmacotherapy and medication management principles.

• Experience in screening for drug-drug and drug-food interactions.

• Familiarity with renal/hepatic dosing adjustments and therapeutic drug monitoring.

• Capability to review complex patient charts and recognize medication-related issues.

• Proficient written English skills for clinical scenarios, medication assessments, and structured evaluations.

• Availability for at least 4 hours a day and up to 40 hours a week, including 4 hours of PST overlap.

• Short-term contractor role lasting 9 weeks.
