Clinical Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Providing an outstanding case experience for dentists and orthodontists collaborating with 32Co.

• Serving as a vital member of our clinical support team by responding to dentist inquiries, addressing issues, and offering solutions.

• Recognizing areas for enhancement and potential to expand the function.

• Engaging directly with clinical and operational challenges by identifying problems early and assisting in the development of clear, actionable solutions.

• Representing the voice of our dentists, ensuring their needs are thoroughly understood and championing service excellence in cross-departmental decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A licensed dentist or a seasoned dental healthcare professional with at least 3 years of experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in a corporate or health-tech setting is preferred.

• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to navigate challenges independently.

• Highly empathetic with a strong customer-focused approach, recognizing what "unreasonably excellent" service entails.

• An exceptional communicator, both in written form and over the phone.

• A natural problem-solver who enjoys delving into root causes and crafting thoughtful solutions.

• A collaborative team player, confident in engaging with various internal and external stakeholders.

• Comfortable operating in the dynamic environment of a growing startup.

• Willingness to work during West Coast US hours.
