eCOA Project Manager, Clinical Trials, eCOA Technologies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the comprehensive planning, execution, and monitoring of electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) solutions across designated clinical trials.

• Acts as the main point of accountability for eCOA delivery, ensuring systems are properly configured, validated, deployed, and maintained.

• Collaborates closely with Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostatistics, vendors, and sponsors to provide high-quality, patient-centric electronic assessment solutions.

• Oversees eCOA delivery activities from initiation through closure, including requirements gathering, system development, UAT script creation, UAT execution, and ongoing maintenance.

• Works in partnership with internal stakeholders and sponsors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Clinical Trials and eCOA technologies.

• Expertise in eCOA technologies and patient-reported outcomes.

• Strong skills in project and vendor management.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Keen attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.

• Capacity to proactively identify risks and implement solutions.
