Senior Manager, Clinical Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic and tactical operational planning and execution of R&D sponsored clinical programs.

• Responsible for the planning, coordination, oversight, and execution of intricate global clinical trials.

• Collaborate within a global framework, utilizing best practices and insights into internal and external business matters to enhance processes, standards, and services.

• Accountable for planning, driving, and monitoring protocol-related activities throughout the project lifecycle to ensure targets are achieved.

• Lead multiple cross-functional teams and manage oversight of CROs and vendor relationships.

• Comprehend the various agency requirements concerning clinical packages and plans, managing them accordingly.

• Ensure readiness for inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences (graduate degree), such as Biology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceuticals preferred, or a medical background.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical research within the industry, including at least 5 years in clinical trial management.

• Strong understanding of GxP and global regulatory requirements.

• Robust project management skills.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for managing cross-functional teams.

• Capability to navigate complex situations and foster solution-oriented thinking.

• Proficient in English.

• Excellent team player with the ability to perform under pressure and demonstrate resilience.

• Experience in working within an international and cross-functional team environment.

• Ability to present and defend viewpoints effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
