This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze clinical and operational data to uncover trends, insights, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

• Develop and produce regular and on-demand reports for clinical leadership.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and offer actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

• Ensure the accuracy of data and maintain the integrity and reliability of reporting.

• Prepare presentations for executives, provide project updates, and communicate with stakeholders.

• Offer recommendations that align with organizational and clinical goals.

• Assess clinical workflows and operational processes to identify efficiency enhancements.

• Aid in the implementation of processes, tools, and operational initiatives.

• Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation activities for enhancements and implementations of clinical systems.

• Evaluate system effectiveness and suggest improvements for processes or workflows.

• Document and uphold standardized procedures, workflows, and best practices.

• Create and revise onboarding, training, and operational excellence documentation.

• Coordinate initiatives, track progress, and recognize potential risks or delays.

• Propose solutions and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Facilitate meetings, project discussions, and engage with stakeholders.

• Act as a liaison between clinical teams and operational leadership.

• Provide consultative support to clinicians and business partners.

• Promote collaboration and alignment on goals and initiatives across departments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, compliance, oversight, analytics, or a similar environment.

• Familiarity with State Medicaid programs.

• Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to interpret data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to make independent judgments and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in the dental industry is preferred.

• Knowledge of CDT dental procedure codes is preferred.

• Experience in creating presentations for executive and senior leadership audiences is preferred.

• Project management experience is preferred.

• Experience supporting clinical operations or healthcare process improvement initiatives is preferred.

• Must work within the United States; Liberty cannot hire or permit employees to work outside the United States.
