This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Support Clinical Project Managers in project administration tasks.
• Prepare project documentation.
• Review and refine project presentations.
• Engage in project meetings, conference calls, and training sessions.
• Comprehend and analyze project protocol documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure timely delivery of study objectives.
• Report on study requirements and challenges.
• Oversee internal data flow to guarantee task completion within established deadlines.
• Address inquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Communicate with clients about project progress.
• Confirm protocol imaging requirements and appropriately identify queries.
• Act as the Project Manager in the absence of the designated Project Manager.
• Mentor, guide, and support the Operations team.
• Follow up on pending items, including missing data and incomplete documentation.
• Assist in tracking and resolving client concerns.
• Serve as an additional point of contact for clients, sites, and sponsors.
• Keep the supervisor updated on current issues.
• Comply with organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform technical and clinical tasks in accordance with study protocols, Clario’s Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH), and FDA Guidelines.
• Contribute to the modification of company SOPs and Process Documents.
• Evaluate and suggest enhancements to operational procedures.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge, experience, or training in GCP is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs.
• Experience in clinical trials and/or within the pharmaceutical sector is preferred.
• Capability to work both collaboratively in a group and independently; adaptable to changing priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
