Clinical Medical Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the implementation of clinical trials focused on obesity, diabetes, and the cardiometabolic field throughout Poland.

• Achieve top-tier clinical trial excellence by collaborating with Clinical Operations Therapy Area Leads and Trial Managers on the scientific and medical components of trial planning.

• Lead the selection of 'National Leaders', contribute to the criteria for site selection, and engage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) investigators.

• Serve as the local subject matter expert on the product and protocol.

• Ensure early medical and scientific input is integrated into product development.

• Build a robust scientific presence in both new and existing therapy areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• An MD, PhD, MSc, MPharm, or equivalent qualification in healthcare, with experience in clinical practice or research.

• At least 3 years of Medical Affairs experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with substantial exposure to human clinical trials (from either academia or industry).

• Proficiency in a relevant therapeutic area (obesity, cardiometabolic, or diabetes), ideally with authorship in peer-reviewed journals.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Polish healthcare landscape and system.

• Proficient in Polish and fluent in English.

• Exceptional and proactive scientific communication and presentation abilities.
