• Take responsibility for the complete marketing strategy for the Clinical Diagnostics channel, which includes Mastermind, CKB, and the upcoming ClinDx product lineup.
• Create and implement an ABM strategy targeting specific clinical lab accounts (hospital labs, reference labs, molecular labs) in collaboration with the ABM Coordination Lead.
• Develop and manage partner marketing initiatives with Illumina, Tempus, Sophia Genetics, and other ecosystem collaborators: joint webinars, co-branded content, MDF management, marketplace presence, and integration launch GTM.
• Oversee messaging, positioning, and product marketing for Mastermind PRO and CKB, including the CKB FDA recognition milestone and the launch of the Mastermind Next-Gen API.
• Lead demand generation efforts and hold accountability for the pipeline in the ClinDx channel.
• Create sales enablement resources for the ClinDx sales team in partnership with the VP of Sales and clinical AEs.
• Establish conference strategies for AMP, ACMG, AACC, CAP, and partner events.
• Manage the Labs journey hub on the revamped website (launching June 30, 2026): content management, conversion optimization, and ongoing enhancements.
• Build and sustain a library of lab references and case studies; develop strategies for expanding into existing Mastermind and CKB clients.
• Directly oversee one marketing consultant focused on CKB and lead cross-functionally without formal authority across shared design, content, web, and events resources.
• A minimum of 8 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in life sciences, molecular diagnostics, NGS, genomics SaaS, or related fields.
• Proven experience in hands-on ABM ownership at enterprise accounts: personally designed and executed programs for named accounts with measurable account-level pipeline impact.
• Established track record in partner marketing: joint webinars, co-branded content, MDF planning and reporting, and marketplace presence—demonstrated through examples on your resume.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise sales: defined MQL/SQL, provided account-level insights, and created sales enablement materials that field representatives utilized.
• Proficiency in product marketing: led positioning, messaging, and launches for technical B2B products in regulated or scientific sectors, managing the process from start to finish.
• Accountability for pipeline and revenue: responsible for a marketing-sourced or influenced metric, reported on it, and achieved goals.
• Cross-functional leadership without direct authority: directed shared resources (content, design, web, events) and collaborated effectively with Sales, Product, and BD teams.
• Exceptional written communication skills: concise, audience-focused business writing and the ability to critically evaluate messaging against a structured framework.
