📋 Description

• Lead and motivate a remote team of Nurse Practitioners.

• Supervise provider performance, ensure documentation quality, and maintain risk adjustment accuracy.

• Offer training, coaching, and development opportunities.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.

• Possess an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License (multi-state or compact state preferred).

• 5–7 years of clinical NP experience, with a minimum of 2 years in direct people leadership.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HCC coding, risk adjustment, and MEAT documentation standards.

• Experience in overseeing documentation quality through audits and reviews.

• Technologically adept and proficient with EMRs, dashboards, and communication tools.

• Demonstrated ability to lead remote teams and foster accountability in a high-growth environment.
