This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Accountable for the coordination and administration of all aspects related to current and future product training initiatives.
• Strategize the execution of comprehensive programs and activities that align with Bard Medical's mission and objectives.
• Keep records and forms to document the activities of the program.
• Supervise the collection and management of records for statistical analysis.
• Engage with stakeholders to secure support for the program.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure the successful implementation of the program.
• Create product training plans that involve hospital team members when necessary.
• Regularly evaluate program activities and conduct annual reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must hold a license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of three (3+) years of experience in patient care.
• Experience in Hospital ICU/CCU/ED, leadership roles, committee involvement, and/or as a charge nurse is advantageous.
• Capable of working independently with little guidance or supervision.
• Exceptional listening and communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating in a sales environment alongside a sales team.
• Strong skills in interpersonal relationships and building connections.
• Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and presenting clinical data.
• Must have strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Skilled in overseeing multiple customer accounts with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Competent in assessing challenges and addressing objections effectively.
