Clinical Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver administrative and operational assistance to the clinical team by overseeing basic intake workflows.

• Confirm patient eligibility and coordinate appointment schedules.

• Maintain precise patient records.

• Ensure prompt processing of new referrals and collection of necessary information.

• Arrange visits in accordance with agency protocols and clinician availability.

• Accurately document all communications related to referrals in a timely manner.

• Safeguard patient information by adhering to HIPAA and company privacy standards.

• Interact professionally with patients, families, referral sources, clinicians, and internal teams.

• Provide timely updates concerning pending referrals and eligibility concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare administration, home health, home care, medical scheduling, intake coordination, or a similar role.

• Preferred experience in managing patient intake, insurance eligibility, referrals, or healthcare scheduling.

• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and patient documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Ability to manage multiple referrals, deadlines, and follow-up activities.

• Competence in identifying issues that require escalation.

• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable communicating with patients, caregivers, clinicians, insurance representatives, and referral partners.

• Capability to work independently while adhering to established procedures.
