Clinical Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Provide coverage for Clinical Liaison roles across the United States

• Onboard and train new Clinical Liaisons in person

• Offer mentorship to new Clinical Liaisons remotely

• Implement educational initiatives

• Conduct on-site clinical evaluations to assess suitability for admission

• Inform patients and families about rehabilitation choices, care levels, and expectations for participation

• Act as the primary point of contact for external case management, discharge planners, payors, and hospital collaborators

• Educate and inform community leaders about the hospital and acute rehabilitation services

• Enhance census through direct engagement

• Accurately document screenings, decisions, and communications in EMR and tracking systems in a timely manner

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Clinical background is necessary in an acute rehabilitation environment

• Must have graduated from a four-year college program with a bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, business, or marketing

• Nursing or therapy experience is preferred

• A valid driver’s license is required

• Must possess reliable transportation and insurance

• Willingness to travel to client locations as required

• Anticipate 95–100% travel

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Capacity to portray a professional demeanor and attitude towards patients, families, clients, coworkers, and others

• Strong customer service and attentive listening skills
