This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• Provide support in patient management for CareDx’s transplant services, focusing mainly on laboratory tests.

• Collaborate with staff at transplant centers as a Clinical Educator to enhance workflows and incorporate CareDx transplant services.

• Serve as a liaison between customers and various internal teams.

• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to order entry, results, reporting, and reimbursement.

• Organize blood draw logistics with patients while ensuring compliant orders are in place.

• Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and identify enhancements in the ordering process.

• Ensure timely processing of samples and address customer inquiries effectively.

• Adhere to compliance standards set by HIPAA, CLIA, FDA, and CareDx SOP requirements.

• Travel within the designated region to key accounts for business reviews and product updates.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

• A degree in Nursing (RN) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Transplant is preferred.

• Certification as a Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC) is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 25–30% within the assigned territory.

• Proficiency in utilizing reporting and data analytics tools such as Excel and Salesforce.com.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and establish strong cross-functional relationships.

• Demonstrated experience in managing customer expectations and providing updates on product development.
