Clinical Learning Development Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop, design, and oversee clinical learning and development programs that are in line with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to ascertain learning requirements and convert them into effective training solutions.

• Supervise the development of training materials, e-learning modules, and workshops aimed at enhancing the competencies of clinical teams.

• Manage the scheduling, delivery, and monitoring of learning initiatives to ensure optimal engagement and completion rates.

• Assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and implement ongoing improvements.

• Oversee learning and development projects to guarantee timely delivery within budget and defined scope.

• Cultivate a learning culture among clinical teams, encouraging continuous professional growth.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in clinical training and development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing learning and development projects, ideally in clinical research or pharmaceutical settings.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

• Exceptional project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and digital training tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
